Guest Ratings & Reviews
I found the hotel to be conveniently located right by the tram stop, but unfortunately, my room was flooded from the floor, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. Despite this, the staff was very helpful and even upgraded me to a better room, which was a nice touch.
The hotel's rooms were okay, quite basic but clean and tidy. I was on a floor with no escalator, and it was slightly cold due to a defect in the heating system, which seems common in similar Amsterdam hotels. The service was commendable, despite the room's shortcomings. The location was great, with a short walk to the city center and convenient tram access, though noise from the nearby tram line was a minor downside. The dining experience was above expectations, especially with the delicious warm crusty bread. The hotel lacked some facilities but offered good value for the price paid.
The hotel had some positive aspects like being conveniently close to the city center and offering a trendy atmosphere. However, there were also some drawbacks such as small rooms and a bit outdated decor. The location was great, but the rooms could use some improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were huge and excellent for the price, super comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The room was great, renovated with new furniture and a lovely bathroom. The service was excellent and very helpful. Esther and the rest of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist. The location was good, with Vondelpark right there, close to trams and tourist points. The dining experience was lovely with a great variety of options and reasonably priced. The facilities were top-notch. The only downside was the possibility of an infestation, but overall, my stay was enjoyable and convenient.
The hotel room faced the street and was a little small but workable, although it didn't quite match the website's description. The service was exceptional, particularly Tobie who helped arrange our early morning taxi. The location was perfectly situated for exploring the city without needing transportation. The dining options were varied and satisfying, with a range of breakfast choices. The facilities offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The Europa 92 hotel is positioned in a great location, offering easy access to trams and the airport. The rooms, although small and dusty, provide a trendy atmosphere with nice restaurants nearby. The service, particularly from Esther, was kind and immensely helpful. However, the dining experience was overpriced and not up to standard.
My stay at the hotel was so great! The rooms were simple yet equipped with all the amenities I needed for my short work trip. They were nicely decorated and even had a coffee machine, waterfall shower, slippers, and a fridge with chilled water available. The rooms weren't super big, but they were spacious enough for two people. I loved that they provided toiletries, good coffee & tea, air conditioning, an iron and board, foldable luggage rack, and extra details like a sewing kit, shoe polish, welcome chocolates, and water in the fridge. Plus, the view into the quiet back yard was so peaceful.
I stayed on the second floor right by the lift, which unfortunately didn't work, in a super small but stylish room. The service was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my stay, especially Toby at the front desk who was very lovely and informative. The location was great, with easy access to many tram lines and supermarkets close by. The dining experience was superb with lots of choices and delicious warm crusty bread. Overall, a comfortable stay with great value for money.
